$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install cookietool 

cookietool is installed in your system.

Make ensure the cookietool package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cookietool *

You will get with cookietool package name, version, architecture and description in a table

cookietool package basic information:
